Millions of people use Skype to communicate virtually, especially after the rise in virtual conversation due to the Global pandemic.
Recently after using it to communicate with my family and friends, I was unhappy with the user experience. To get a complete understanding of user requirements, their behavior, and goals, I began my case study with user research. It was broken down into 2 steps:.
I conducted an online survey with 50 participants. I used Survey Planet for this.

Redeing skype with a user centric approach
