Hayden Panettiere….a red head?
Hayden Panettiere has decided to explore the wonderful world of hair color! How exciting! or…is it?
Hayden is best known as the blonde bombshell cheerleader on the TV shows Heroes (which I loved up until season three…and then they lost me…). Her beautiful blonde hair is basically her trademark on the show. So how is her color switch going to affect the show? Who knows!? And maybe…who cares!? She’s young and she can do what she wants as far as I’m concerned. You do what you want Hayden!
But the question is…is the red a good choice? And, is Hayden going to set off a hair dying frenzy? hmm… my opinion on this…NO. Red doesn’t work well on a lot of women. And, from what I’ve seen, it’s pretty rare to see a red dye job that looks like actual natural red hair.
Based on the photos that I’ve seen, and posted here…I don’t think it’s a fair comparison. This is something that really bugs me about comparison photos of celebs. The picture on the left has completely different lighting and different makeup. If the pictures were more alike in quality, it’d be easier to say which look was better. But based on what I’m seeing here I’d say I like the blonde better. The red in the picture on the right doesn’t look natural to me. But I’m going to reserve full judgment until I see the new hair in some good light.
